PRI and GUI freeze up - service dadhi doesn't fix, only fwconsole restart

10.13.66-22 with Asterisk 13.29.2

Internal calls work fine. Inbound and outbound calls on PRI stop and web GUI stops functioning. I can still ssh in. Running service dahdi restart didn’t fix it. Running fwconsole restart brought it back to life. Any ideas what might be happening here? I would assume something is wrong with the PRI/DAHDI but why does the web gui (apache) freeze. Asterisk seems to be running just fine as does the dahdi while it is frozen, see below:

 service dahdi status

If my memory not wrong is not good idea to use dahdi restart service when it use wanpipe.
So for restarting PRI card it should be use wanrouter command.

If execute fwconsole restart command is restarting wanrouter service too.

Better to check log information var/logs/messages
