Currently when a caller is in an IVR and tries to enter an extension while the IVR recording is playing, they get a message saying “you have dialed an invalid extension”, but if you wait until the recording stops playing the choices, you can enter an extension just fine. Is there a way for the caller to be allowed to enter an extension while the IVR recording is still playing? This would be useful for frequent callers who are familiar with the IVR choices.
