I am testing Zoiper but I can’t get the presence to work. I found out that I need SIP chat to work for that and that the XMPP module ought to do that. So I installed it, and after some fiddling I got the daemon to start.
Now when I go to the settings of XMPP it only says “Domain” with as the setting “localhost”.
Presence is still not working. I really just don’t get it all. I’ve been searching the internet for quite a while now and I just can’t get my head wrapped around it.
