Possible to move EPM

Wanted to know if it’s possible to move from one deployment to another that’s active now. Old instance isn’t live anymore and will not be ever.

All commercial modules are purchased and licensed for a specific Deployment. Therefore, we are unable to move licenses between Deployments. Each Deployment is locked to a specific hardware box when you register/activate your PBX to a Deployment ID.

In cases to which there have been hardware changes (such as NIC or HDD changes), and/or you have moved your active system to new hardware, you may need to update your Deployment ID accordingly. We allow you to reset the hardware lock on any Deployment twice from the Portal, so you can register/activate your Deployment to a new hardware box (or box that has had hardware changes affecting your ZEND ID), which will allow the Commercial Modules to now work on your new hardware.
