Possible causes for phones loosing registration every 15 -30 min

What can be the possible causes for phones to loose registration every 15-30 sec?
The pbx is a on-premise that somehow lost power and did not reboot properly. We had to do a fsck and then the server was running. But, since then the phones are loosing registration often.

We’re going to need a lot more detail and probably log entries for a failure.

To be clear, there are literally dozens (if not hundreds) of possible causes, some of which are in your control and some that are not. We need more info to narrow down the field.
