Ports required for UCP and XMPP for remote users

What ports on my FreePBX machine do I have to enable access to for my remote users to use UCP, XMPP chat (licensed) and presence?
My remote users have VPN access to our network and I want them to use above things.

FreePBX 12, Asterisk 11.
