POMPs vs "Support" licenses, and what else is needed for updating

Trying to bring an out of date pbxact 15 install up to current, I know I’ll need to do the backup/deploy/restore route, but before I can even get there I understand I’ll need to bring the “POMPs” contact up to date.

Is POMPs different than the bronze/gold/platinum support options available from the Sangoma Store?

Is there anything else I’ll need before redeploying? System is a pbxact60 with 25y module licenses.

How many years expired? I believe you will need to add support licenses to cover the time since the expiration date. So if it’s been more than one year you need to apply a support license and then come back and buy another one. POMP is the included Sangoma tech support time and response time agreement that comes with the higher plans. Bronze does not include any but you can apply bronze to keep your system licensed and upgradable and for support you are on your own or you buy support a la carte.

Only 9 years out. Looks like $75/y, so not that bad all in all.
