I’m trying to configure some polycom VVX through commercial EPM. Am I missing a way to leave softkeys “unassigned” we want all of our BLF to fall on the expansion module, but they’re rolling up and showing on the phone’s screen filling it up and then a few spilling over to the expansion module. If i fill up 16 slots on the phone with bogus speed dials, it will push them over to the expansion module, but if i leave any blank it brings them back.
Any suggestions on how to do this within the constraints of the commercial EPM?
You can try setting a speeddial button for the blank label – action 11111111111
each blank will have to be a different acttion ex 1111111111112 As long as that is not a valid number on the system the label will just show – and if you press it you will get a fast busy.
That was a dirty hack, but it worked for me. I also think ther is a way if you go in to the basefiles.
