Hello all,
I’m new to the whole Voip world. I bought a SoundPoint 550 off of ebay in hopes to use it for my small business. I got it working a few days ago and today I was not able to receive calls. I stupidly converted the extention type from pjsip to chan sip and then I got the classic triangle in the right of the screen. I’ve tried everything, I tried deleting and re creating the extention and re routing everything. I tried using chansip by changing the port on the polycom config portal to 5160 and still no luck. Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you!
