i have a Polycom IP501. the was working fine until today. i am able to make calls when i dial the numbers manually. but when i dial a number from Call History then my keypad doesnot work. I checked all the settings and everything is fine. I am not able to figure it out where the problem is. if anybody could help i would appreciate…thank you…
