Polycom IP330 outbound works but inbound does not

I have a free pbx installation (2.4.0.0) and an IP 330 phone setup. I’ve configured the phone using the phones web config and added the extenstion using the freePBX GUI. I’m able to make outbound calls fine and sound travels both ways just fine, it works perfectly. However, the phone does not ring when the extension is called. Even if internal extensions are dialed. I even mapped all inbound calls to one extension, and still the phone will not ring. Do Not Disturb is NOT turned on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
