Polycom IP 5000 won't dial conference room

Ok, so now I have a problem with these conference rooms and the Polycom IP 5000. I can dial into the conference room (8001) using any of the Cisco 7960s. When I try to dial in from an extension that is using a Polycom IP 5000, there is a long pause and then a fast busy signal.

If I tail -f the /var/log/asterisk/full file, I can see the call initiated from a 7960, but there is nothing in the log when I try from the IP5000.

Anybody seen this?

You need to change your dial pattern/map rules on the phone. Probably just remove them all together.

Looks like it was my DUH moment. It was still registered using the old hosted PBX…
