Poly phones will not auto answer page or intercom

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

My VVX411’s have these settings related to page/intercom:

voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.class="4"
voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.1.value="Auto Answer"
se.rt.autoAnswer.timeout="50"

I know these phones have a built in paging feature, but I want to use FreePBX for paging. When I try to page, the phones just ring. Then drop the call.

How would I go about changing these settings, without endpoint manager ?

For example:
Manually edit the XML files supplied by Poly.
Serve them via TFTP, FTP, HTTP or HTTPS.
Set the URL via DHCP or the Poly web interface.

Or by going to the Web GUI of each phone manually, logging in as the admin and going to Settings → Paging/PTT Configuration to modify the settings directly on the phone.
