Please help guys…Im a newbie here…My problem is this, whenever I dial my IVR extension I don’t hear anything but upon inputing digits, it seems to continue but still don’t hear anything. However, it does work after rebooting the server…please help 
so the issue is resolved after you reboot the server? You just want to know why it happened?
Thanks for your response! It only resolves the issue for few hours after rebooting the server and then the same issue happens again.
