Play sounds files (ulaw)

What in the world can I use to play these files on Windows? I have tried CCCP to no avail … WavePad does not play them …

Both .ul and .ulaw extensions

Help!

Jeez, how are you guys choosing the prompts with all these windows incompatible formats?
