we are not able to listen to audio recording via GUI (CDR).

Call recordings was set to enable for certain extensions. I want to audit the calls by listening via the GUI > CDR Report. When I click the play button I hear nothing. But when I download the file, it’s fine - audio is playing.
Using FreePBX12.
This is mainly broken in FreePBX 12. Works much better in FreePBX 13.
