Play button is not working in reports

The button to run the audio is not working. Instead of playing the audio is downloading the file called.

FreePBX 12.0.1beta34
PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-14
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0

Please help us help you and provide way more information than you are. What reports? What Page? What play button?

Works fine with firefox and IE.

It works fine in chrome as well (just tested on three systems). If you want to get this resolved I need to know the errors you are getting from chrome, if you are even using chrome, who knows you didn’t say! You can do that by displaying the JavaScript console. Look online on how to do it

I know it works in chrome because we all develop in chrome

FYI, on FreePBX 5.211.65-15 with Chrome 36 / Win7, clicking play button triggers the request installing QuickTime Player.

Yes but this is about FreePBX 12 in which we no longer require quicktime and instead do everything through html5. Clicking the play button runs a bunch of javascript which means it’s near impossible for it to turn into a download link

in 2.11 freepbx this button not work in chrome, after last chrome update. On many computers.
