Good afternoon. I just started delving into IP telephony. Previously, there was a Panasonic TDA600 and an e1 stream. I have configured Freepbx and PJSIP trunk, everything works. My provider says that if you disable E1, there will be one line and there will be only one call to us at the same time. I read that with PJSIP without E1, the number of simultaneous calls will be unlimited. Tell me what information is correct.
The provider’s because they set the commercial limits on the product that they sell to you so ought to know. This isn’t a VoIP or PJSIP limit; it is a limit set by the provider for commercial reasons.
