PJSIP Random Disconnection

Hi Team,

we are facing an issue with pjsip connections. all our remote location ip phone, which is on pjsip is stopped working unexpectedly. when we check on freepbx server it’s showing that ip phone is offline . when we reconfigure the ip phone it start working and after 10-15 minutes again goes down.

please suggest what i need to check .

Dynamic NAT rule timeout on the router versus registration and/or qualify interval. Preferably use static port forwarding rule, to avoid this.

Or network with high packet loss.
