PJSIP extension not registering after server reboot

Hi,

I am getting a strange issue whereby my half pjsip are not registering after a server reboot.
error is

res_pjsip_registrar.c:699 find registrar_aor: AOR ‘extension’ not found for endpoint ‘extension’

Asterisk version is 13.17.2
