Pjsip and wildcard certs for sip tls [SOLVED]

hi, after doing some googling, I am seeing some mention that pjsip prior to version 2.5 does not support wildcard certs for sip-tls. can anyone confirm this?

I see that freepbx on asterisk 13 currently has pjsip v2.4, will it get 2.5 or will that be with the next major version?

Connected to Asterisk 13.14.0 currently running on lgaetzdev2 (pid = 31895)
dev2*CLI> pjsip show version
PJPROJECT version currently running against: 2.5.5

this is from my install

Connected to Asterisk 13.9.1 currently running on uepbx1 (pid = 12307)
uepbx1*CLI> pjsip show version
PJPROJECT version currently running against: 2.4

obviously, i have not patched as well as i thought…how does asterisk get upgraded on freepbx? I have updated all the modules in modules admin…what else do i do?

is … yum update
the right way to update?

If you are on the FreePBX Distro, you can use yum or the upgrade scripts:

thanks for your help, i am all set, upgraded to .18 and now my pjsip is 2.5.5
