PJSIP - All Extensions Dropped: Broken Pipe

Yesterday all extensions were dropped, the log is filled with:

Restarting asterisk resolved the issue - but what caused this?

FreePBX 16.0.26

You were using TLS or plain TCP, and the TCP connection was lost.

Yes, these are TLS connections.

Endpoints are same VLAN as the PBX, and they did not reconnect until after restarting asterisk.

I’m not seeing anything remarkable in the logs that would account for the connections dropping.
