In the past when this happened we would flip the driver back to chainsip then back to pjsip and both phones would register and even then it was hit or miss. Now we have our system to set to only be able to use pjsip. So with max contacts set to 2, loaded in the mac addresses and even set different base templates(read somewhere to try it this way) to each phone. Only one device will register, the other eventually times out with register failed. We are starting more and more to utilize more than one phone with the same ext so I really need to figure out why it’s not working.
make sure you only have 2 aor contacts active these can sometime linger. I would recommend you use a number larger than 2.
Replace with the extension in question
