Pickup on incoming call

Hi all.

When I call from SIP TRUNK to one extension, I can’t pickup that call. I have tried with ** and *8.

I don’t wanna use pickup groups, just direct pickup.

is it possible?

Can you post more detailed info on what you are trying to do?

I can’t pickup a call if it has gone through a SIP TRUNK, just that.
