the scenario is when the operator is not available to pick up the incoming calls came from outside, how to pick up the incoming call using other extension?
Look at the call group and pickup group on the extensions page. Example put the reception phone in call group 1 and the phone that you want to pickup the calls from in pickup group 1. When the reception phone is ringing you will be able to dial *8 and pick up that call. from the phones that share the same call group and pickup group.
