PHP version 5.3.0 or higher is required

FreePBX 2.11.0.11

PHP version 5.3.0 (or higher) is required to install certain modules that I need.

I’ve tried multiple variations of yum actions (i.e. remove php, install php53, etc), removed all pertaining dependencies, but to no avail. What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get off CentOS 5.X and on to 6.4

Current version: CentOS 5.10
Please provide resources to upgrading to 6.4. Thank you.
