You have a commercial module (extension routing) installed that is encoded with the wrong version for your PHP/Zend combination. I assume this a result of a recent upgrade?

What you are seeing is something that can only happen when a major version upgrade was manually initiated, i.e. you want to upgrade from FreePBX 13 to 14. There is no mechanism to do this automatically.
