PHP Error and no GUI

Lost access to GUI on my warm spare. Not sure when it went down. When logging in through SSH, I get the following error after logging in. Can’t seem to run any commands:

PHP Warning: require_once(/var/www/html/admin/libraries/Composer/vendor/paragon ie/random_compat/lib/byte_safe_strings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/admin/libraries/Composer/vendor/paragonie/random_ compat/lib/random.php on line 57

Presumably something in place to transition from php 5 to 7

Are both Machines the same version?
