PHP Error after doing upgrade to version 12.65-21

I have done upgrade via system module to the latest version but it stop on 6.12.65-21 and now I get white page once I login.

I get the following error:
[Fri Jan 30 00:06:42 2015] [error] [client 199.116.58.22] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘FreePBX’ not found in /var/www/html/admin/modules/extensionroutes/functions.inc.php on line 13

This error is on the CLI which is working
