Phones need to be rebooted to dial out

I am using sangoma p325 phones on a pbxact system hosted in the cloud so the phones are remote. I have everything connected and working but randomly phones will stop dialing out. The display just says call failed. It cannot dial out of the system or to internal extensions. The only fix I know is to reboot the phones but this is not a long term solution. Hoping someone here can help.
