Phonebook Directory not working

Hi! I’ve got Asterisk 1.4.13 and FreePBX 2.3.1.0, I just installed & enabled the Phonebook and Phonebook Directory module; however, at the main menu of my IVR, whenever I press ‘#’ to get a company directory, it just hangs up on me. Am I missing something? What else do I need to do to enable the ‘#’ feature?

check that it’s enabled within the IVR and that it’s enabled in the feature list. Then check again :slight_smile:

I had the same problem in the past.
