I’m running Trixbox 2.2.9. In the FreePBX module admin, I’ve installed the Phonebook Directory tool, but it doesn’t show up under the Tools tab. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem is the same. I want to enable this tool so I can add entries to be used with the Caller ID Lookup module. Any suggestions?
I’ve gotten this working, but it was a little confusing. I had the “Phonebook Directory” under CID & Number Management installed, but I didn’t have “Phonebook” under System Administration installed. Not sure what the difference between these two are or why you need both…but with both installed, it’s working.
Follow-up question…is this Phonebook Directory the same as AsteriDex? I’m considering implementing the Nerd Vittles CallerID Trifecta.
