Phone times all got wiped out in the past week

We didn’t make any changes but my office said all but 4 phones out of around 75 have crazy times now. Dates off by 10 years too. I checked EPM and only 4 phones show now. Network scan gives back 0 results but via shell nmap reports all the phones. I have turned off the firewall and scanned with the same result in EPM. I have disabled authentication for provisioning as well but I cannot get any of our phones to link back up to EPM.

They are yealink phones that we have had for years and this just suddenly happened. I did pull a log from one phone. This phone can ping the PBX and is registered on the PBX with no issues other than the time date issue.
