Phone rings multiple times for one call

Ongoing issue that’s starting to confuse and annoy people.

Somebody calls in, gets sent to a phone via queue.

Phone rings for a few seconds (completes the ringtone) and then says missed call. About 2 seconds later, rings again. Keeps piling up “missed call” each time.

The bigger issue is that you can’t pick up the phone during that 2 second gap, which confuses people.

Phones are Yealink T23G’s

Your queue is poorly configured. Check the ‘Timing and Agent Options’ tab, specifically ‘Agent Timeout’ and ‘Retry’
