Phone number CDR normalization

Hello,

I searched Google and the forum and could not find an answer.

I was wondering if there was a way to normalize a called phone number?

For example, I always dial the full 10 digit phone number when I place a call e.g. (888) 888-8888. My wife will sometimes dial the number as 1 (888) 888-8888 for a long distance number or 888-8888 for a local number.

My dialing rules strip out the extra (888) when dialing local and add the 1 when dialing long distance.

When I look at the CDR, I see the number as dialed. Is there away that I can push the number to the CDR as a 10 digit number? It makes for searching the report easier.

Thank you…

Charles
