Phone not showing up

Hi There,

I am new to using OSS Endpoint to manage some new phones I have recieved. The Cisco 7940s boot off the configuration given to them through OSS Endpoint but do not register and are visible on the FreePBX front page. 

I am recieveing these messages through Astrisk SIP debug.
