Phone long numbers

I can’t phone long numbers with 13 numbers. with my mobile I can.
Help?? Thanks

You need to give a bit more information:

  1. What version of FreePBX and Asterisk
  2. What do you mean you can’t phone them? What error are you getting?
  3. What do your dial patterns look like in your outbound trunk?
  4. Is this a new problem that just started?
