Phone Clicking / Totals Calls Show More the Actual Active Calls

On my system i have users reporting a clicking sound while on calls, sometimes its so bad they cannot hear the other party. Ive tried messing with the CODECs and Jitter buffer to no avail. I have also tried switching the switch the system is connected to. Also my Total calls showing on the system status page do not match actual active calls, even as i post this is what i see:

FreePBX Statistics
Total active calls - 4
Internal calls - 2
External calls - 0
Total active channels - 7

FreePBX Connections
IP Phones Online - 43

Here are my system details. The server is standalone and it is a new Lenovo server with nice hardware.

PIAF Installed Version = Running on HARDWARE FreePBX Version = Running Asterisk Version = Asterisk Source Version = Dahdi Source Version = 2.6.0+2.6.0 Libpri Source Version = 1.4.12

Please let me know if you need more info. My main two concerns are the clicking while on a call and more channels open then actual active calls.

When running sip show channels while have more channels open then actual calls i get

Peer User/ANR Call ID Format Hold Last Message Expiry Peer (None) 7239332c-xxxxxx 0x0 (nothing) No Rx: SUBSCRIBE 438 47eb8afc094xxxx 0x4 (ulaw) No Tx: ACK 438

7 active SIP dialogs

With the system status showing 2 calls that are not actual calls:

FreePBX Statistics
Total active calls 4
Internal calls 2
External calls 0
Total active channels 7

Random question, anyone been able to use the listen in feature to listen on active calls? I have it and it calls my phone, but i do not hear the call.
