Phone Apps 13.0.86.17, read voicemails do not move to old folder

I’m having an issue with Phone Apps v13.0.86.17 where when a voicemail is listened to using the Voicemail App, the message is still listed as New and not moved to the Old folder. It appears this was a reported bug that was intended to fix this issue (http://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-14284) but it appears to be causing the problem on my end.
Rolling back to v13.0.86.16 appears to fix this problem.

Issue observed and tested on two PBXes running FreePBX 13.0.190.19 and 13.0.191.5, both on Firmware 10.13.66-19.
Phones are Mitel 6800 series (6867i and 6869i).
