Phantom calls in the CDR

I have been getting 1000’s of phantom calls in my CDR’s
I have read many solutions in the FreePBX wiki but haven’t found one that works. Any ideas how to stop these so my CDR’ are clean would be greatly appreciated.

I use Cyberlink as my Freepbxhosting provider.

I am on Freepbx 13

Here is a cut/paste of some of my CDR

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

What I have already done:

  • Ensured allow anonymous calls inbound OFF

  • Use Firewall built into Freepbx

are you using chan_sip?

Yes, I am using chan_sip

Check for the “normal” places for this to happen:

  1. Do you have “Allow Anonymous” turned on?
  2. Do you have “Tt” in your options for the incoming lines?
  3. Do you allow anyone but your ISP access to the SIP port?

Thank you for the feedback

YES

YES

YES - my origination providers have access so they can point my DiD’s to my server

Your help is appreciated

The answers to these questions should be:

  1. No - you should never turn on anonymous calling. There is no good that can come from it.
  2. No - this allows callers to transfer their calls through your PBX to another number. Check the forums or the hover help and make sure to turn off the one that allows your callers to transfer calls.
  3. No - unless you have people connecting using SIP phones from outside your network and from dynamic addresses, you should restrict access to your SIP port(s) to your providers.

I apologize - I misunderstood your 1st questions

NO - I never had anonymous turned on - only allowed from the orignation IP address for incoming calls

I just fixed the transfer option

I have phones in multiple locations around the country so I have to allow sip connections outside the network

Problem still exists

PROBLEM SOLVED - I set ALLOW SIP GUESTS under ASTERISK SIP SETTINGS to NO and the phantom calls stopped. Thanks to all who helped!
