Permissions to Listen to other users extensions on Call Recording

I need some help with permissions on Call Recording either though UCP or the Admin GUI logins.

I have:

8 Users who should only have access to their own recordings (UCP - Easy to do. Done)
2 Users that should have access to everyone’s recordings (Admin GUI - Full Access to Call Recording. Easy to do. Done)

1 User that Needs access to Everyone’s call recordings EXCEPT the 2 users mentioned above… No clue. I see I can allow “Extension Range” that persons settings but the 2 extensions mentioned above fall in the range I need to give them.

What can I do, or am I going about this the wrong way.

You can give access in UCP to review call history on specified extensions
