Periodic Announcements

Hi,

I have created a queue and configured Music On Hold. Its working fine.

Now i need Periodic Announcement saying “All the agents are busy, Please wait” for every 30 seconds and then start playing “Music On Hold” during that time interval.

Currently the periodic Announcement has option to configure IVR. How to configure that IVR to play the buy message and play music still that call is picked by the Agent.

Pages 80-82 describes the Queues modules commands and has the info you are looking for. There is so much good info that I feel it’s more important to show you where to find it rather than just give you the answer.
