Is 10000-20000 open?

the freepbx server is in the local network and there are no firewall rules towards the locale

the thing that seems to me crazy is that in the recording of the call they hear both speak, but in reality the person called does not feel the extension … How is it possible?

Ok well, you didn’t tell us if the issue is with internal calls only…

Usually external calls audio issues are RTP related.

Can you give us more information about these calls?

no, it only happens in calls outside

the situation is this, switchboard in local with freepbx 14, phones all grandstream gxp 2130 same firmware version, the router from the internet and logs the trunks is a draytek 2760 with updated firmware, the switchboard is in DMZ to reduce problems of NAT

If the person inside the network cannot hear the conversation, it is a problem belween the extension and the PBX. If the person outside the network cannot hear the conversation, it is probably a NAT settings problem.

Either way, since it’s the audio that isn’t making it, it is an RTP problem.

I share the analysis, now I will work carefully on the router and I will give a note.
Thank you
