Hi @mkis I think there is no option in the GUI for assigning MOH to the individual extension.
So you can achieve this by adding into the config file as mentioned in the below post.

Edit /etc/asterisk/sip_custom_post.conf [388](+) mohsuggest=LNG 388 is the extension. “LNG” is the name of my On Hold Music category. Works like a charm for me.
