Peculiar problem with Queue Agent Timeout

Hello…

I am running Asterisk 1.4.21.2 through PBX in a Flash distro and i didn’t have any problem since Friday… Now the problem is with my queue… I have setup the Agent Timeout to 10 seconds and it worked fine, but now the first agent that logs in rings only for 3 seconds and then goes to the other available who then rings normally 10 seconds… I have put the timeout to 17 seconds, so now first agent rings for 10 seconds and the second available for 17 seconds…

What made that happen? Any ideas?

What did you change? What version of FreePBX are you running.

In that the dialplan is generated/replaced only when you click on the orange bar which you only get when a change is made, something had to change.

So if you can help us in tracking that down we can help you.

I didn’t change anything… The only problem i had recently (not the same day) was with Acronis backup which was OK with a simple restart…

The FreePBX version is the latest 2.5.1.2…

I tried various settings and reload them but didn’t fix it…
