We have a client running PBXact version 10.12.65-18 with current POMP however when we go to system admin > updates it shows as being up to date.
I tried the following but can’t upgrade http://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/How+to+Upgrade+Your+PBXact+System
Read the release notes. You have to contact support to have them do the upgrade to the next major version. Their are some manual change you have to make after upgrade for user permissions amd such.
Thanks for the quick update Tony. Will this use up the support credits or is it considered included with the POMPs?
Not sure on that. Open a ticket and ask support about that.
