I got a brand new PBXact 100. I am trying to setup the A400 card with FXO ports that came preinstalled but the system won’t detect it. I have tried to reboot, tried running /usr/sbin/wancfg_dahdi = no go.
I had the same problem last time with an A200 card but I forget what I did to get it working.
wancfg_dahdi shows the following
FATAL: Error inserting wanpipe (/lib/modules/2.6.32-642.6.2.el6.x86_64/kernel/drivers/net/wan/wanpipe.ko): No such device Would you like to generate /etc/asterisk/chan_dahdi.conf
When I click yes, it doesn’t find the card.
I will check to make sure the card is properly installed tomorrow morning when I am back in the office. Head hurts…
I’ve been messing around with this issue for the last week. I got the system to finally see the card after taking it apart, pushing the card to make sure it’s securely installed in the PCI slot and turning it back on. I though I was good to go. Now, I am onsite to install this system and I am running into the same problem. I turned it off, made sure it was plugged in correctly and turned it back on. The card came online and I thought I was good. Now, the system won’t see the card again. It’s an A400 with hardware echo cancellation and a total of 10 FXO lines. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
