ASUS router on office network
Firewall UP
1 or 2 phones will not receive calls these same phones will most of the time be able to make calls out
Firewall DOWN
all 3 phones work in a stable way as they should
Any ideas and or help would be appreciated…

It would kind of help to know where these phones are in relation to each other (somehow I have a feeling they are not all on your LAN) but a common recommandation for Asus routers seems to be to disable SIP ALG, it apparently does more harm than good…

sure I knew there would be questions… and more info needed and I apologize for being vague…
these 3 phones are in one location and connect to the PBX server housed in another location. I am pretty sure it is router related because I have another ring on a different router that worked fine without issue…
so there is a ring, on a different router, that is connecting without issue.
and I am fairly certain this ONLY occurs when the firewall is enabled…
