Our primary PBX is running SysAdmin 12.0.43 (and latest version of all other updates). Our license file has the branding name as “FreePBX”, but when this is set in pbx-brand, we can’t check for updates. Changing the brand file to say “FreePBXDistro” makes updates work, but this change gets reverted.
Thank you for providing your deployment id. I think we have the issue fixed. Can you please try updating your license. Note that the branding file will get set to FreePBX but that is ok and we do not want to change it to anything different. After doing this please go to Module Admin and check online for updates and let me know if you have any other issues.

This occurred because we have been doing some cleanup and in the process we made some changes to better automate the pbx-brand file. During this process, a small number of people’s brands changed as a result of us turning on this more automated method of keeping the pbx-brand file up to date. This ultimately caused issues with our backend servers and we’ve implemented a fix on our end to prevent this moving forward.
