FreePBX 13.0.190.19, Asterisk 14.3.0, Updates 10.13.66-19. A client who manages 20+ apartment complexes has created a .csv spreadsheet with all of their vendors, suppliers and contractors which we uploaded through the pbdirectory module. All of the entries with speed dial number set work great, *0XXX and the call is made.
The challenge is that if someone dials 411 from an internally registered phone and follows the system prompts to enter the first three letters to find a specific company, it fails with nothing found.
It appears that the system is not converting the number tones into the designated letters as it does in the directory so it fails.
Handsets are Yealink T48.
Appreciate any insights. I would really like this to work for the client.
